We feel it in our bodies; our muscles ache, we are sick to our stomach, our blood pressure goes up, we have a headache. We become ill. Our soul hurts too. The soul is spirit, our emotions. We stuff these emotions and try to ignore them until our body, mind, and spirit cry out.
