During our sessions, I work with you to discover what you need and how I can best serve you within each session. Health and wellness coaching enables you to make changes for the better without feeling overwhelmed. As your coach, I’m here to provide expert advice and guidance on living a healthier lifestyle.

And it is more than that. As a registered nurse with years of experience in education, I help you identify the root causes of your health issues. Together we find solutions to resolve your most challenging weight and health problems.

I also help with various issues such as weight management, stress management, fitness, sleep, and nutrition. I look at the whole person rather than just what you need to improve your physical health. And I will help you understand what works for you to maintain a healthy lifestyle that is tailored to your needs.

What to Expect

What’s Included in Health and Wellness Coaching Sessions:

  • Start with 10 weekly sessions that move to every 2 weeks and then to 1 follow-up each month
  • Sessions are individually tailored for you and what you most need to reach your goals
  • Sessions are 45 minutes for one-on-one sessions
  • We meet for sessions through phone or video
  • Ask questions and get answers when needed via email and text
